Reminder for TransUnion Net Access (TUNA) Customers using TLS 1.0

Please be advised that TransUnion will disable the use of TLS 1.0 as an access protocol for TUNA on October 15, 2017. We strongly recommend that your organization upgrades to TLS 1.1 or TLS 1.2 (preferred) immediately. For additional information, see General Announcement #155.

Increase to TransUnion Net Access (TUNA) Availability

Reminder to all TUNA customers who blacklist outbound traffic: you will need to whitelist the IP address range listed below to leverage TransUnion's secondary TUNA platform, which will enhance its current High Availability even further, as well as "future-proof" for upcomingTransUnion products.

SSL 3.0 no longer supported by TransUnion

TransUnion no longer supports Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) 3.0. The preferred Internet Browser versions include:
  • Internet Explorer (IE), versions 7-11(v11 highly preferred)
  • Google Chrome, versions 1-40
  • Mozilla Firefox, versions 1-36
