Connectivity Access

Connectivity / Access

TransUnion offers multiple connectivity options to transmit data between your site and TransUnion. All connectivity options are detailed in the latest TransUnion Connectivity Guide.

Connectivity options include:

  • HTTPS - The internet allows for scalability, reduced deployment time, business resumption, and reduced incremental bandwidth cost.
  • VPN - TransUnion’s internet VPN solution is cost effective and provides a secure pathway between the two locations using Internet Protocol Security (IPSec).
  • MPLS - With this offering TransUnion will design a network solution to terminate network hardware and circuits in your data center.
  • TransUnion Direct - TransUnion Direct is a quick, easy-to-use, secure website that allows our subscribers to access TransUnion’s services right from their PC’s Internet connection.
  • TransUnion Net Access - TransUnion Net Access (TUNA) uses a TransUnion-supplied system ID and digital certificate, TLS 1.1 or 1.2, and requires an application that is either customer-developed or purchased through a third-party vendor.
